The verdict is in – NCPA’s 51st Congressional Pharmacy Fly-In was a hit. From informative policy updates from NCPA’s Advocacy Center staff to a message of hope and inspiration by HHS Secretary Alex Azar, members found much to be optimistic about this year. NCPA members visited more than 260 offices on the Hill on Wednesday and Thursday and found support for priority issues on both sides of the aisle.
As Bill Ash, owner of Stroud Drug in Stroud, Okla., said after meeting with Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla.): “This was my first Fly-In, but it won’t be my last.”
Hope to see you at next year’s Fly-In – dates will be announced soon.
